How do I report a claim?
To report a claim, you must notify the insurer as soon as possible. Submit a written notice of claim within 30 days of the incident. Send your claim to Chubb Life Insurance Company of Canada, 199 Bay Street - Suite 2500, P.O. Box 139, Commerce Court Postal Station, Toronto, ON M5L 1E2.
Who is insured?
The insured individuals include the Basic or Supplementary Cardmember of the American Express® AIR MILES®* Platinum Credit Card, their spouse, or dependent children under the age of 23, provided the account is billed in Canada.

You are not insured for injuries sustained during activities involving war, criminal acts, serving as an operator of any conveyance, or injuries received while driving or riding in a rental vehicle. Additional exclusions may apply; please refer to the Certificate of Insurance for details.
From when am I covered, and for how long?
Coverage starts when you qualify as an insured person (e.g., Cardmember, spouse, or dependent child). Coverage remains active as long as you maintain your eligibility and the policy is in force.
In which countries am I covered? Am I covered worldwide?
Yes, you are covered worldwide as long as the trip is a Covered Trip and the fare has been paid with your American Express® AIR MILES®* Platinum Credit Card.
To benefit from the coverage, does the trip need to be paid in full with the card?
Yes, to benefit from coverage, the trip must be paid in full using your American Express® AIR MILES®* Platinum Credit Card before the occurrence of any loss or injury.
