How do I connect to my oxio customer space?

It’s easy to connect to oxio’s client portal for help with your service, to check the bills or to personalize your services.

Just navigate to their home page. You can log in on the top right of your screen. You will just need your email address and password.

Once logged in you may consult your current package, modify it, or contact an advisor for example.

Do I need to schedule an installation when I get oxio internet?

Nope! oxio services are self-installing. Receive all the equipment you need by mail including an eero 6 router. Precise and complete installation instructions are included with the router and are available on oxio’s site. It is as simple as downloading an app to your phone and connecting a couple of cables.

Note: If you get residential telephone service, assistance from a remote technician may be needed.

How fast is a oxio internet?

The speed of an internet connection refers to the amount of data that it can transmit in a defined period of time - usually one second. The faster a connection is, the faster you can surf and download files. If you’re watching videos it means higher resolutions are easier to stream. To measure the current speed of your connection, simply use an online speed test.
